Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website allev.in ("Website") and the EV servicing, spares, retrofit, and consulting services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Sawarsh Electroguru Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("allEV", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. By booking a service, buying a spare part, or otherwise using the Website, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

allEV offers scheduled and on-demand servicing for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers, including general maintenance, charger repair, battery diagnostics, motor rebuilds, spares supply, and retrofits. Services are delivered at our Hyderabad hubs (Somajiguda, Bahadurpally, and other locations as listed on the Website) or, where offered, at the Customer's location.

2. Bookings and confirmation

• A booking made through the Website or by phone is a request and is confirmed only when allEV replies with a slot confirmation.
• Estimated turnaround times shown on the Website are indicative. Actual timelines depend on diagnosis, part availability, and workload.
• You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, contact, and location details, and for granting our technician safe access to the vehicle.

3. Pricing, estimates, and taxes

• Prices shown as "from ₹X" are starting prices; final charges depend on the actual work, parts used, and applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• For jobs where the scope is not fixed upfront (battery packs, motor rewinds, retrofits), we share a written estimate before work begins. Work proceeds only on your approval.
• Any additional work discovered mid-service is quoted separately and requires your approval.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets. allEV does not store your full card or bank details. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). A payment receipt and, on request, a GST invoice are issued after the transaction is confirmed.

5. Warranty

• Workmanship on labour is warranted for 15 days from the date of service, provided the vehicle has not been serviced or opened by a third party in the interim.
• Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. OEM warranty terms take precedence and are documented on the invoice.
• Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items (brake pads, tyres, consumables), damage caused by accident, misuse, water ingress beyond IP rating, unauthorised modifications, or use in racing or commercial towing.

6. Customer obligations

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over. allEV is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Collect the vehicle within 7 days of a completed-service notification. Storage after 7 days is charged at ₹100 per day.
• Provide accurate charger and installation details for on-site visits. Wasted-trip charges apply if incorrect information causes the visit to abort.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, allEV's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a service is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for that specific service. allEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of use of the vehicle, or third-party claims.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including diagnostic reports and technician training materials, is the property of allEV and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Force majeure

allEV is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, riots, floods, power outages, part shortages, government orders, or telecom or payment-gateway outages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
