• Payment metadata: transaction ID, amount, method, and status. Card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, and net-banking credentials are entered directly on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems; we never see or store them.
• Website usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to keep the site secure and functional.

• To confirm bookings, schedule technicians, and complete servicing.
• To take and reconcile payments, and to issue invoices and refunds.
• To send transactional messages about your booking (WhatsApp, SMS, email).
• To maintain vehicle service history and provide warranty support.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• With your consent, to send occasional updates about new services.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with:

• Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — payment processing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — for website and database hosting.
• Transactional messaging providers — for booking confirmations and receipts.
• Spare-part suppliers and OEMs — when needed to source or warranty a part for your vehicle.
• Government authorities — where required by law, court order, or a valid regulatory request.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep sessions working. Any analytics we use are configured to aggregate and anonymise usage data. We do not run advertising trackers on this Website.

5. Data retention

• Booking and service history: retained for the life of the vehicle relationship, and for at least 8 years afterwards to meet Indian tax and accounting rules.
• Payment metadata: retained as required by Razorpay and Indian financial regulations.
• Website server logs: 90 days.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS across the Website, role-based access to service records, and managed cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if you spot a security issue, please email us at ops@allev.in.
